Those eyes so beautiful
Hiding behind those strands of hair
Her eyes mesmerized me
Said stories..
Some sad some of joy
Unaware was i of
The Almighty's ploy

Her face looked as that of an angel
Sent down by mistake..
The most beautiful one I'd ever seen
Her face..her eyes could make
Any girl conscious
I wondered how lucky was she
Her laughter chimed soft
Her eyes twinkled again
But showed a twige of pain
Puzzled I kept staring..
And she turned around
A gust of crowd came in between
Drifting my thoughts to

For her charm, her beauty..

And I felt my heart stop

Was half burnt
Wrinkled and creased
Fate had her beauty ceased.
Involuntarily i slided to her side
Wonder her life's tragic ride

Was now married and settled
With her mourning for half a decade

At least we have someone to turn to

And the seat beside me empty

When she turned and smiled
